May 17, 2008 - Saturdays should be relaxing days but they never are. I always have a million things to do. Today Ellie and I spent a little time at Home Depot. We bought a few small things for around the house. I got a spray bottle to replace the bottle that the termite spray I have came in. That bottle has an electric sprayer that barely worked from the start, and now doesn't work at all. I poured the chemicals into the new bottle and sprayed the house for termites. I bought a squash plant for Ellie, since that is one of her favorite vegetables. She planted it out in the backyard. The last thing we got was hooks for the front porch. They had these really expensive hooks that were like $6 each inside the store, and then hidden off to the side in the garden area outside were some hooks that were 5 for $2.00. That was a pretty easy choice. They weren't nearly as fancy, but they got the job done, for hanging a few baskets on our front porch.
