January 4, 2008 - I made some good progress on Ken's webpage today. I was hoping he would be in the office today to review my design so that I can start building the rest of the site, but I had to put further progress on hold so that I don't head too far down the wrong path. I had a soup kind of day. For lunch, I had leftover chicken pasta soup. For dinner I had broccoli cheese soup with a salad. I drove out to Tampa's Palma Ciea Country Club for a gig tonight. On the way there, I was taking the Howard Frankland bridge and traffic was mega backed up. I could see people pulling off the bridge to an access road on the right, and at the last second, I joined them. It took me underneath the bridge and back to the other side, which allowed me to drive to the Gandy Bridge instead. I was really impressed with the Palma Ciea Country Club. The building is absolutely huge. Bonnie and I were playing in a 'little' bar, about the size of my house, except with 18 foot instead of 9 foot ceilings. We were booked to play from 8:30 til 12:30, but everyone was gone by 11, so that's when we stopped. I was still hungry, so I stopped at Taco Bell and picked up some food for Ellie and I to eat before bed.
