January 3, 2008 - Boneless Thursday strikes again. This is becoming my favorite day of the week. I worked on creating a website for KareLink during the morning, and then went to the Post Office at lunch time to ship all the Ebay stuff. Then I drove to Buffalo Wild Wings and picked up the order for everyone that got in on it at work. I had 6 Honey BBQ and 6 Caribbean Jerk boneless wings, with ranch sauce. The honey were too weak, and the jerk were too strong. Going back and forth between the two seemed to be the perfect combination. After work I went home. Ellie was out trying on wedding dresses with Brenda at Davids Bridal, so I was on my own. Casey called and invited me to dinner, so after finishing a glass of wine I went over and had Chicken Cordon Blue and French Onion Soup with her and Jamie. We talked a lot about jobs and relationships. Good times.
