January 25, 2008 - I had a few people over today after work for 'happy hour'. Beverly, Bobbi, Jerry, Casey, Jamie, and Mike all were there at various times. Funny that almost all of their names end with the same "e" sound. I wonder if that is a throwback to one particular ancient language, and the spellings have just evolved over time, but the original sounds remain the same. I couldn't talk anyone into drinking tequila, but there was a good amount of beer consumed. Mike had wine, of course. We ordered some pizza from Papa Johns, and the party rolled on til about 10 PM.
