January 23, 2008 - Ken decided he wanted a pulled pork sandwich from Smokin Rib Shack today, so that's what we had for lunch. I went to a miserable band practice after work. Two weeks ago the practice was decent, but this one was just not fun. I was hoping originally that this group would be really talented musicians and we could rehearse a few times and then go out and play some gigs. It looks like this is going to be a group that rehearses a lot, and then when we finally do go out and play some gigs, we aren't going to sound that good. I'm ready to resign my post in the band at this point. I went to Kenny's after that to pick up the cash from my gig last Friday at the museum. Practice was canceled since 3 of the members of the band couldn't make it to practice.
