April 25, 2008 - I had a busy day at work and then spent the evening staying busy. Ellie was working late today so I ran a few errands. I dropped a mic stand off at my parents community, then picked up the pizza that Anna had ordered for her dinner on my way to her house. After dropping that off, I went to Surf and Turf, bought some chicken using some of my $50 gift card, and then went home to start marinating the chicken in what turned out to be a delicious Chipotle Baja sauce. Ellie eventually came home from work, we went to the gym and did a quick workout, and then it was time to head back home for some chicken dinner on the grill. I also had picked up some corn on the cob at a nearby fruit stand while I was waiting for the pizza to finish, and grilled that up. Everything tasted great. Mike came over with a bottle of wine after dinner and we sat outside listening to some music and came up with new schemes to make a million dollars. Just another typical Friday nite in Largo.
