April 25, 2007 - I cooked up some chicken today for dinner, and sliced it to put on top of salad. It turned out pretty good, and there was chicken left over, which I will be using tomorrow for chicken quesadillas. Ellie went out shopping, and I stayed home and took a nap. What a great night!
