April 24, 2007 - I did some more drywalling today, finishing up the third wall in my recording studio. Now I have one wall left to do. This one is going to be the trickiest because I still haven't conceptualized how I am going to be building my closet/storage space. My drywall estimate seems to be perfect so far. I haven't made any mistakes and it looks like I bought just the right amount. The hardest part is putting the pieces that go on top of the walls. I have to get Ellie to come help me put those in place. She helps me hoist the drywall up on the wall, then holds it in place while I get a few screws in place to hold it. Then she goes and lays around inside until I come and beg her again to come help. It would dfeinitely go a lot faster if I had someone full-time helping me but either way it will eventually get done.
