March 24, 2006 - I came through with my plan to not work today. I took the day off, using the morning to lay in bed. In the afternoon I drove to Hyde Park to get Lauren, and we drove together to Ft Myers to meet up with Tyler Ralston, one of my friends from the days when I played in the Accidentals. The directions were somewhat lacking, resulting in me being 2.5 hours later than expected. Still, we had a fun time at Bahama Breeze for dinner. I had their Tilapia, and so did Tyler. It was great. My only suggestion would be to hold the beans in the rice, and just serve the rice by itself. We went to a pub afterward and watched some college basketball on their many TV's, and then it was time to take Tyler to his Aunt and Uncle's condo in Bonita Springs. After dropping him off at 10:30, we departed for Tampa, and didn't arrive until after 1 AM. What a long day!
