January 2, 2006 - What an awesome day! I started things out early with a shore excursion. This one is the one to be beat. I went on the Canopy Adventure. I didn't know exactly what I was getting into until I got there. The group of 14 people went up into the trees and swung from tree to tree via ziplines. We were about 75 feet up most of the time and the zip lines were between 100 and 600 feet long. It was quite an experience. I had an awesome time. Later in the afternoon I did some internetting, then I visited Sams Club to check out their wine selection (which I passed on), and then played a 1 hour Ocean Bar gig. Nothing else spectacular to report for today.
