January 12, 2006 - My most boring day of the week wasn't so bad today. I was able to keep busier than usual with a few extra musical assignments. First, I started the work day with the art auction. I got 3 hours in and then it was time to go to the gym. I was aiming for 6 miles on the treadmill but I got bored of running after 5, so that is where I stopped. It was a little slower than my previous 5 mile run. My official time was 39 minutes 22 seconds. I was going a little slower so that I could make it to 6 miles, so that is what cost me the time difference. I sold a few of my stocks today, using the trailing stops that I had set. I'm new to trailing stops, so I had only set them on three stocks...2 that had exceeded my goal, and 1 that I have made a profit on but that fluctuates so much that I would probably buy it again after the trigger sells it. The two that sold were the ones exceeding my goals, AAPL and AVII. I ended up buying some SIRI with that money. We'll see how this one does. After formal dinner in the Lido (which is not formal at all), I made my way to the Ocean Bar to play with Sunnyline. Then, after a break, and getting to talk to Lauren, I went up to the Crows Nest and played with Cruise Control. It seems to be good to play these extra sets so that I get a chance to play on an otherwise devoid music day.
