February 11, 2006 - San Diego was a little different than usual for me today. I started things off the same by going to the library, but on the way back to the ship I ran into Maurice who invited me to lunch with him, Juoy, and Brendan. We ate at Rock Bottom Brewery. It was nice hanging out with them for lunch, but I would have just as soon have eaten for free on the ship, since the ship food is delicious and the Rock Bottom food was expensive. Since I still had my laptop with me, I went back to the library after lunch, stopping at the Ghirardelli store on the way. I didn't buy anything, but they gave me a caramel filled chocolate which was delicious. At first I turned it down because I was so full, but they said just to take it and eat it later. Later turned into 30 seconds later, and it was gone right after leaving the store. After going back to the ship, playing my sailaway set, and doing some reading, I met up with Juoy. We had planned ahead to eat Skyline tonite. She spent some time in Cincinnati and missed Skyline, so I provided the chili and she provided the cheese. We got the spaghetti from the pasta bar upstairs and it was a delicious snack at night. I went to bed with way too much food in my stomach.
