April 21, 2006 - The first thing in the morning when I got to work, John corraled me and had a list of things for me to do. He also told me he was taking me to lunch today, so I had a little motivation to get that stuff done. I worked on it during the morning, along with creating a presentation for Roger. My job this week has mainly been to create Powerpoint Presentations. Everyone is glowing over them, and although they are decent, they still need a lot of polishing. At least that gives me something to do later, if I run out of stuff to do. For lunch, John, Roger, Jason, and I went to Antonio's. In the afternoon it was more work, and then time to go to the Chick-A-Boom Room with my sister. Today is another Jaycees Happy Hour that I am promoting to get people involved in the Gulfcoast Jaycees. Unfortunately, none of the members of our chapter showed up, so for a long time it was just Anna and I. Cici Ackermann drove up from Bradenton with 2 of her friends, and she joined us. Cici is a state board member, so she travels all over the state for Jaycee events. It was a very nice bar in downtown Dunedin, although a little pricey, but it had a great outdoor patio and live music. We didn't end up leaving the bar until about 9 PM. I had leftover spicy sauce and pasta for dinner, then a slice of chocolate cake, and then it was bed time.
