The final life experience prior to starting my work assignment was another wedding. This doubles up as a travel related story, since the wedding was my cousin Chris to a friend of mine from high school, Kavia. They got married in Cincinnati, so Lauren and I loaded up my car and drove to Cincinnati together. I had a great time introducing her to all of my friends in the days before the wedding. The first day of the wedding was October 1st, when they did the Catholic wedding portion. The following day, there was a Hindu ceremony. This was something very unique to any of the weddings I had been to prior. A Hindu wedding must be experienced to believe. Lauren and I drove back home to Tampa, with the knowledge that I would be leaving for the next 4.5 months to work on a cruise ship.
