May 8, 2005 - I'm starting to feel more and more like this place is home. I do have to say I wish I could pick up some of my friends and move them down here, but I can't, so I'll have to make the best of that and keep in contact with them via the phone and keep encouraging them to visit me. As for church, I found a good mass tonite. I'll probably go back next week. I'd like to play in their music group and I like the fact that the priest sings. There were a few songs that seemed a little too 'non-denominational' for my taste, but maybe it will grow on me.
