May 18, 2005 - I felt good about a few things today, which helped balance out the horrible game of golf that I played. The things that I felt good about were cleaning out my car, and submitting a resume via mail to a cruise line. Also, even though I played a horrible game of golf, I still remembered that I have played some horrible rounds of disc golf, even though I am not a horrible disc golfer. That helped me to put things into perspective. The biggest difference between the two is that it cost me a lot more to play a horrible game of golf than it would have to have played a horrible game of disc golf. I made bananas foster again tonite, and this time I used dark brown sugar and real butter, unlike last time when I used light brown sugar and margarine. It turned out better this time, in my opinion. I'm going to have to find out how to keep ginger root from molding. Does it go in the fridge? I don't know.
