May 15, 2005 - I finished off a busy weekend with more bike riding. I ended up logging over 65 miles on my bike this weekend. I enjoy biking, but not so much that I could ever do it seriously in races. I like the aspect of being able to go somewhere and be able to see everything in greater detail as I pass it along the way. Driving a car is different because you have to pay attention to the road much more, so you can't see what is going on beside you as much. Running you can see even more than biking, but it takes forever to run anywhere, and for me personally, it tears up my body. Rollerblading is nearly as fast as biking, but it is easier to find surfaces appropriate for biking than it is for blading.
