February 22, 2005 - The feelings I experienced while driving today were very different. First, driving to Lawrenceburg, Ky, in the morning for a tour of the plant with my co-op felt relaxing because I wasn't going to work. I /was/ going to work, but it wasn't *work*. We got to tour the plant and see what sort of stuff was going on. When I drove to Batesville, IN, after work for band practice I was both in a rush because the band was expecting me to show up, and nervous because this was the first and only practice I would get with the band before our show tomorrow. As I drove, the sun completely went away, leaving darkness and eventually a light drizzle. I felt like I was riding a horse into the wind on a mission. Both trips took me to new places, but with different feelings on each drive.
