April 18, 2005 - I had no idea what I was in for when I went to the blues jam session at the Green Iguana in Tampa tonite. What I discovered was the most phenomenal group of musicians I've ever played with. Dean runs the event and is a B-3 player. His 1959 oran sounded incredible. Ben on bass was spectactular. There were revolving drummers and each one was better than the previous. A guy named Johnny G Lyon sang and played guitar. Another organ player, Shawn Brown, was amazing. I was honored to get to play with these guys.
