March 7, 2004 – I got around pretty well today, despite not having a car until the end of the day. In the morning Tom Crookham took me to get a rental truck from U-Haul, then Brett Sova and Chris Kreitel came over to help me move. I took them out to Mount Adams Bar and Grill for lunch since they helped me out, and Brett and I waited around at my apartment until Brian Smith from work showed up with the gas dryer he sold me. Brett and I then went down to Alexandria, KY, to pick up my mattress set. I made arrangements for someone to come pick me up on the way to church. Kait was right on time, and she also was nice enough to take me to my house after church, where my sister was waiting to drive me up to her place in Reading. I borrowed my sisters extra car, a 1995 Buick Century, which my parents gave to them to keep up here for when they travel back into town from Florida. It’s not the most pimp car to drive, but at least it saves me from walking to work.
