March 24, 2004 - My alarm clock didn't wake me up this morning. At least, I don't recall it waking me. I was fortunate to somehow wake up at 7:38, though, which meant getting to work on time was an option and I wouldn't have to look like a fool calling in at 10 AM or something. I'm not sure how, but the morning went by quickly. The morning for me lasted until about 12:45, so that I could take a late lunch and meet Tara B, Mike, and his friend Ben at Wendy's near the old KMart. I wasn't feeling well at all at this point in time so it was difficult for me to get out of the office and up to Wendy's. The bad feeling continued into the afternoon, and I wondered how it would affect my racquetball in the evening. At 5 PM I was feeling fine, although somewhat less energetic than usual. I managed to get in four victories but I had to really pull out my A-game since Shannon was playing well and I wasn't feeling well. We got dinner at BW-3's after the racquetball and then I dropped her off at her car, back at work. I drove home, noticing my gas tank near empty and the price of gas at around $1.89 for the cheap stuff. I managed to get some laundry folded and took a shower before bed.
