February 20, 2004 - The only notable event on an otherwise drab day was lunch with Tara B. She called me up mid-morning to see if I had lunch plans. I cancelled my plans with left-over pizza sitting in the cafe fridge and joined her for an 11 AM lunch at Penn Station. My health started diminishing as the day progressed and by the time I was done with work I was less than motivated to go out. I had made tentative plans the night before to meet Barb Egan up in Oxford, but when I got home, I decided that I didn't have any ambition to drive out there. In fact, the only driving force I had was to go to sleep early. I was in bed by 9 PM.
