February 12, 2004 - The main event for today was soccer. My team didn't play particularly bad, but we lost the game. It is becoming evident that we need to work on our passing skills. I think I probably rush my game too much, and don't take enough time to look up, since whenever I have the ball I am looking at the ball and not around me. I'll try to work on that. After I got home, it was early. LeAnne met me at my house with dinner. She brought me Arby's. I showered after eating, and then we went up to the Mariott Conference Center on UC East Campus to watch her boyfriends jazz group playing. They sounded pretty good. I was impressed, especially since they were all freshmen at UC and had a good paying gig going on. LeAnne drove me home around 11:30 and I went down to Kroger to buy a dozen roses. 8 are for work tomorrow, and the remainder I'll keep on my table for dinner on Valentines Day.
