March 27, 2003 - I didn't get much sleep the night before and it was taking its toll on me. I had so much trouble staying awake at my desk. To stay awake I called up Cloppert and arranged to meet him for lunch at the Barrelhouse Brewery downtown. Jake and Janet also met us there. Lunch was great. I had the sandwich I had been craving for the past 3 weeks. It was good to get to see Cloppert in a non-band situation. Following lunch I was back at my desk struggling to stay awake. Finally 3 PM rolled around and I decided that there was no way that I was going to make it through the day without getting caught with my head on my desk so I ended up telling my boss that I didn't feel well and went home. At my house I fell asleep for a few hours. I had to practice with Fisher Effect. Practice went well but nothing in particular happened that was noteworthy.
