January 8, 2003 - There was a special mass at church. It is becoming sparsely attended. In fact, the music group this time was just me on sax and two singers. The lack of piano or guitar really dissuaded me from wanting to keep doing this monthly mass. I think that the music director for the church needs to get involved. From the mass I went to John Paderi's house. We worked with his recording equipment and discovered that his pre-amp was causing a lot of noise, but the noise could be eliminated with the software that he was using. Then we played a few uninspired songs and I went home to bed.
