January 30, 2003 - Work seemed like a complete failure today. I can feel the pressure of failing projects and bad news building up to a precipice. UL FUS failures and new ideas that aren't working out summed up my day. My mom made spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. It had been a while since I had seen my parents. From dinner I drove to Lakota West High School for the first rehearsal of the year of the Southwest Ohio Symphonic Band. Practice was good. LeAnne Carter and Scott (both from UC Marching Band) are playing in the band this quarter which will be fun. After practice I spent the rest of evening working in the kitchen putting mud on the ceiling. Second coat down!
