January 27, 2003 - I woke up kind of late so I didn't get to take a shower but it was ok because I had taken my shower the nite before. Tim Waters was still out of the office because he is moving to a new place so I didn't really have any good distractions. At lunch I went to Barnes and Noble at Newport on the Levee to buy some travel books. I ended up buying a book for Savannah (where I'm going on Saturday), New York City (where I'm going on February 28), and Hawaii (where I'm going on May 7th). I need someone to volunteer to go with me to Hawaii or I'll just spend all my time on the beach getting tan and walking around taking pictures of the scenery. At home I got to work on my kitchen ceiling for the first day in a while. I was able to get just about all of it done but there were a few pieces that still needed work. While I was working on this Josh Stromberg came upstairs to tell me that I was going with him to Toni Price's apartment with him to watch a movie. I was covered in drywall dust so I had to take a shower and then I drove him over there. The movie (unmemorable title) was pretty good. I don't know if Josh's chances with Toni are as good as the movie, but maybe something good will come of this.
